The Brienz Rothorn Bahn takes you up the steep, 25 per cent gradient, and the 1678 metres over sea level in just about sixty unforgettable minutes. Hiking
The Brienzer Rothorn is the ideal place to do hiking. Six varied mountain hikes between them you can choose longer oder shorter tours.
Steam adventures
Have you ever dramt of stoking a coal fed steam engine? To learn about all the bells and whistles that make the locomotives work. You can do this by joining one of many courses offered the Brienz Rothorn Railway. You would be sweating right along with three of railways most experienced old foxes, who will show you first hand what it takes to get the trains safely up and down the mountain. More
