The Brienz Rothorn Line is a public limited company run under the Swiss laws governing such businesses. The company comprises the Brienz Rothorn Railway and the Hotel Rothorn Kulm.
The company currently has over 5000 registered active shareholders worldwide. Shareholders who are registered with company receive yearly reports and an invitation to the Annual General Meeting each April in Interlaken, Switzerland. The registered Shareholders comprise 2.5% of the company's holding.

Shareholder benefits
The company currently cannot pay out direct dividends. Shareholders are however compensated with reductions when using BRB facilities and can also take advantage of special offers only presented to shareholders.
Shareholders attending the AGM in person are entitled to one free ticket per person upon presentation of share certificate documentation.

The best way is to enquire directly to other shareholders or at your bank or stockbrokers.
