The Brienz Rothorn Line is a public company run unter the Swiss law system governing such matter. This included the Brienz Rothorn Line and the hotel Rothorn Kulm. The company encompasses over 5000 registered active inverstors worldwide. Stockholders, which are registered directly with company, receive yearly reports and an invitation to the stockholders annual shareholder meeting. The registered Stockholders compris 2.5% of the company's holding.
The general stockholder meeting are held the last week of April, in Interlaken, Swtzerland and well wisited with more tan 1000 shareholders attending.
