The Brienz Rothorn Line is a public limited company governed by Swiss law. The company comprises the Brienz Rothorn Railway and the Hotel Rothorn Kulm.
The company has over 5000 registered active shareholders worldwide. Registered shareholders receive yearly reports and an invitation to the Annual General Meeting held each April in Interlaken, Switzerland. The registered Shareholders comprise 2.5% of the company's holding.
Shareholder benefits
The company currently cannot pay out direct dividends, shareholders are however compensated with price reductions when using BRB facilities and can also take advantage of special offers only available to shareholders.
